Yeah Friday! The kids had only 3 days of school this week, no piano and only one TKD class! Yet it seems we have been busy.
Julia worked her first shift in the concession at school, it kept her busy....and she came home with suckers and I'm sure she had other things too. Every Friday she works the concession with two other girls. I sent lunch with Mike today and took Randy to work and stopped at the Gym. Both dogs came along for the ride and slept in the truck as I was at the gym....they did well until I stopped at Tim's for a bagel, coffee, and a box of timbits for the many children who are at our house after school. Well, mistake,I stopped for gas and ran in to pay just to come back and find Lightning squished into the front seat....licking all of the timbits through the closed box... luckily he hadn't got into the box ...he could only get his very long tongue through the opening. Of course he finished my bagel and cream cheese....lucky for him it was light cream cheese and he didn't eat the paper...he's getting better...he used to eat the paper too. So when I stopped to get the mail I put the box on the roof of the truck as I ran into the post office...(you gotta do what you gotta do)

Randy is off to Huatulco, Mexico tomorrow...he is up at 1:45 am our time to fly down to the furthest tip of Mexico and back again. I think he has a total of 40 minutes on the ground and then it is 5 1/2 hours back again! That is a long time to sit in the plane!
