Well, the kids are back at school today...only -28 C with a small windchill...maybe it is -30 or so, now this feels much better. (Seems an odd thing to say!) Randy and I even took the dogs for a walk this morning as we walked with the kids to school. Julia was very upset she should be going to school with a cold and walking yet!! (She is getting much better) Half the school won't even be there as the buses aren't running....they are probably watching movies all day.
Lightning nicely ripped off his dew claw on his back foot this morning....it was basically sideways and 95 % off. I cut it off with little scissors and he didn't really notice at all. :) Randy could hardly stomach the thought of cutting it off, Ha! let alone looking at it. Amazing, it hardly bled at all and I just put green wound cream on it, ofcourse it is minty and we all know with his little toothpaste fetish,...he quicky licked it all off. I am sure he thinks I am spreading colgate on his paw every few hours. This is great!!
We are all off to TKD (even though I ran and went to the gym today...oops! I was sure Julia and Mike wouldn't be going as they are coughing and I'd probably not go then too....but they are up for it so I am too.) better not be doing cardio! Randy is at home painting tonight....."Otter
