Pain in the.....foot!

Well, I am a frustrated with myself as I took about 3 weeks to go to the doctor about a sore foot/ankle...I came down on my foot pretty hard in tkd about a month ago and had a very sore achilles tendon for a short time...thinking that it was just my weak ankle from a previous strain I continued regular work outs...and ..I really strained my achilles tendon I'm lucky not to have torn it... it has now gone into my arch of my foot and it all sucks! I am getting to like biking now :) I will have to wait a month to start running again....

Keep going Kim....I will be running in Sept!

We all had fun the other night eating Lebonese food and "playing" at a Dez and Tracey's. Mike and Dez were pretty well matched at Guitar Hero....and Randy really sucked at the new air hockey table....;). Lebonese food "Jimmy's" on uh...4th st. and 14th ave....hang on....okay I can't remember....anyway...it was excellent.

Julia had another two more teeth out this past week...this time with laughing gas....she didn't laugh but was really relaxed she said...during the same week she handed in 3 assignments and had a math test...she's been busy!
